Hey everyone, so I’m wanting to buy a Barrina grow light for my monstera deliciosa. What specs are most important in a grow light for these guys?

I’ve had this plant since about December and it’s grown an Ariel root and a new leaf since then trying to get a moss pole to encourage climbing any other ideas for how to take care of it better?

Separate or no?

Should I complain?
